At NTRLabs, we want you to be satisfied with every product you purchase. If you're ever unsatisfied, we accept returns on all new, unopened items within 30 days of your order shipping. Refunds will be issued as store credit.

To initiate your return, email us through our contact page. Include your order number to expedite the process. Returns are not approved for orders older than 30 days or products that are not in new, unopened condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.Shipping Your Items
Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a shipping address to send the product to.(Please do not ship items until we've authorized your return.)For returns over $100, we recommend adding shipment tracking or shipping insurance. Some customers have sensitive skin. If your skin reacts to one of our products, stop using it immediately and contact a trusted health professional. Let us know what happened so we can update our recommendations. Unfortunately, we do not allow returns or exchanges for skin reactions, only for damaged or defective products. Shipping in the Summer Some products, like magnesium butters and whipped body scrubs (and tallow balms above 100 degrees), may melt at temperatures above 85 degrees due to the lack of stabilizers. While we ship securely in heat-resistant packaging, products may still melt if exposed to high temperatures during transit. Melted products are not considered defective. If your product melts, place it in the fridge and re-whip with a hand mixer. For tallow balm, re-melt over low heat, refrigerate until semi-firm, and re-whip. Contact us with any questions about melted products.Other Shipping Issues, If there is an issue with the shipping address provided, or the item is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, re-shipping will incur an additional charge. We will send you a tracking number by email when your order ships. For any issues with USPS delivery, contact USPS directly to open a case for lost, missing, or damaged packages.
